A coach, not a teacher
I'm Eugene. I spent 25 years in finance. I never wanted to be a teacher, and I'm not one. A teacher gives lessons; a coach is accountable for results, and without them he gets fired.
I coach English and French, and I'm learning Chinese myself. A teacher who speaks only one language rarely knows what it costs to learn another.
What drives me is finding talented people and steering them in the right direction.
